Tom, his wife Cindi, their son, Kyler, and daughter, Kynlee (Kiki), live in Golden, Colorado.  The family enjoys their time together participating in the kids' school activities and sporting events, and walks with their chocolate lab and great dane.  Tom particularly enjoys bicycling and often rides long distance fund raising events.

During his eleven years in the financial industry, Tom has obtained his Life/Health License and is a Registered Representative of NYLIFE Securities LLC.  He is also an Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) and specializes in developing small business retirement plans, executive benefits, and personal financial strategies.

Tom's goal is to seek and build long term professional relationships with retirement plan sponsors and their participants.   By listening to employers, and understanding their goals, he recommends and implements programs to attract, retain and motivate quality employees.  Through continuing education, participating employees will be guided toward accumulation, distribution and preservation of one of the single largest pools of wealth in their lifetime - - - their retirements savings.
